The tracking of employee training, both internal and external, helps you as the HR Manager determine the most effective way of developing your employees. The Learning Management module allows you to set out which training courses and training providers are available to staff, ensuring consistent training outcomes, and allowing you to budget for future training expenditure.
The Learning module also provides a single interface to manage training requests, and allow you to provide employees with course details. Finally, a post-attendance section enables you to gauge the effectiveness of training courses, through attendee results and feedback.
